Recommended web sources or stuff that helped me:

• W3schools: Helpful resource for checking html/css(and javascript)(and more!)
• Krita: free art program that is pretty swell for being free. Has quite some variety of brushes, can be used to animate, and open photoshop files if you need.
• Graphics Gale: Easy to use freeware to make pixel art/animations. It may take a while to get used to from regular art programs but I prefer this over regular art programs for pixel art.
